Error Message : WD474

Hi Experts ;

I'm trying to create a workflow by starting with User Decision step type. When i validate it, SAP displays : "The check produced '0' items of information '0' warnings '2' errors". And when i double click on it, it displays WD474 error message !!

Can anyone help me to fix it ?
