Error While connecting to DTW

Dear All,

I am trying to connect to SAP company database using DTW on a client machine. At that time I am getting the error as:

Error Code: -8037 Failed to connect or logon to SLD, please check connection parameters and configure file.

But found no success. The same company is getting logged on successfully on server.

Please help me to solve my problem.
