GR/IR Account Clearing

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue related to GR/IR clearing. Certain items are still showing as open in GR/IR GL for an IR document, where as it has been observed that the correspondence GR leg of these items are showing as cleared for the GR document. This is the reason, these items are not showing in ''can be cleared'' option list in F.13, instead shwoing in ''can't be cleared'' list.

Note: This document has multiple line items but the issue is with three items.

Any inputs on this please?
