Management Studio in SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Edition.

I have installed SQL Server 2008 R2 Express Edition but not able to find management studio in this.

I gone throw below discussion.

I Downloaded SQL Management Studio from given link in above discussion but showing me below compatibility error while installing it.

Please assist me which version of SQL Server Management Studio i install here,
