500 server error

Hi Experts,

When i am trying to log in BPC i am getting 500-Server error

Can anybody suggest how to log in BPC home page.

Hi,

Are you getting any short dumps in the back end. check at ST22.

Try

1744310  - Get Error "500 - Server error" when login to BPC 10 Web Admin

202813  - "500 - Server error" when login to BPC 10 Web Admin

2086803 - Error ‘500 – server error’ occurs when login to one BPC environment – BPC NW 10

Yes, i have checked there is showing as run time error(

Hi,

None of the notes are related to your dump error. Can you elaborate more on this error...like are you getting this error after upgrade of SP/  changes in master data / First time log in/ issue is same with all other users...

Hi Raju,

to eloborate error,When i log in with the credentials i can see one environments list pop up and when i select connect its giving error.and i am unable to avoid that pop up when i log in.
