Payroll Error - after support pack upgrade

Hi All,

We did the support pack enhancement in our Test system and after support pack level to SAP_HRCUS - SAPK-60479INSAPHRCUS

I came into a payroll issue for a concurrent employee.

History -

In Aug this employee had one assignment with FICA wages but in Sep payroll we hired another pernr and made this Entire CE Person as FICA exempt. After sep payroll again in Late Sep we hired another position and now run the payroll for Oct which was retro back to Sep. Within this run we found the following error. But the same scenario was happened in Production and it ran fine. Prod is in old support pack.

the error is in the final processing of schema under UTXCE

This issue is coming in our test system. We did the clone of employee from production. We have compared both the systems. What we found is that under "Calculate tax" section when it reaches to UTXCE function and under processing section the "Tax Data" is different which is before BSI interpretation. I am not able find where the cause is.
