SAP router service not creating

Hi All,

I am creating the Saprouter service for one of my client in solution manager system(Windows 2008R2).

When i try to install the service using the ntscmgr, service is not creating

FYI:

How to create service is it the right command i am using?

Please help me with your valuable suggestions.

If you have created the saprouter as a service then start it. If it fails to start then check the event viewer logs to know the reason.

Hi Praveen,

Also please check the Virtual memory. sometimes that can be the cause of the service not starting.

use SC.exe to create service not ntscmgr.

I used sc.exe to create service no the service is created but the service is not starting.

delete old service using SC.

Refer 41054 - Installation of the SAPRouter as NT Service

and 525751 - Installation of the SNC SAPRouter as NT Service
