Time Evaluation Issue- Quota is not getting updated

Hello Experts,

When I am running the Time evaluation schema TM04, I am getting the below issue. The annual leave quota is coming up to the CUMBT table but in Quota Processing table I am able to find this & quota is not getting updated.Please help me to resolve this issue.. Thanks in advance.

The condition that is not fulfilled is linked to a SAP Enhancement.

In your IMG, check your Rules for Quota Type Selection (Rule 003, Quota Type 01 for the relevant ESG/PSG), and the Node for Enhancements for Quota Type Selection.

Hi All,

Thank you every one for your valuable inputs. With the help of a technical person I found that there is a custom exit for this absence quota generation in which the global code is defined for only few PAs where in my PA is not there which is why there is a problem in quota generation through Time Evaluation. I will try to modify it.. I am closing this thread now.

Hi Vamshi,

As per my understanding 1st check your QUOMO feature. Is designed correctly or not?

Then check with your technical consultant that any exit has been made in QUOTA function.

Check and tell me.

Hi Sankarsan,

I have checked the QUOMO & it is fine. But still I am getting this issue though I copied from the existing schema. It is working for other unit but the same schema is not working for me. Technical Consultant has gone through but seems there is no issue from that side. I am unable to find out what exactly is the problem.

Hi,

You are saying that it's working for other unit and it is working since logic has been incorporated in the QUOTA function for that unit only. If i am not wrong.

Check is there any Exit has been enabled for the mentioned quota type.
