Hi Experts,
I am using the Action profile to send automatic notification to the employee responsible when an transaction/activity is created, its working fine but when I go into edit mode again and save back again its not triggering my action profile, is there some configuration is missing.
I have given in the schedule condition :&CRM opportunity.user Status& = E0001ZOCROPPR
In the action definition Processed At : processing when saving document.
Prompt response will be highly appreciated and points will be rewarded.

Can you please check in 'Action Merging' tab in the Defined Action (SPRO->CRM->Basic Functions->Actions-->Actions in Transactions-->Define Action Profiles and Actions-->Select details of your Action).
It must have been set as '1' for successful action and hence the same action will not be re-triggered once successfully executed.

Thanks Punit - Action profile is behaving very strangely, like the action is getting triggered only on my user profile in a sense that I am login the email is getting trigerred but my friend logs in then its not triggering. is this a standard behaviour or any setting needs to be done in SCOT.
I would like to understand when we create an opportunity and change the employee responsible there should be an email triggered, is this achievable by standard by action profile or we need to enhance/ development.

Thanks Punit - if I want to add another condition like activity start date should be less then current system date then where should this condition can be specified in the date profile or in the condition?
if so how.
I want to influence the date profile to action profile, basically based on the condition given in the date profile I want the action profile should get triggered is this possible?
Regards
Vani
