Help -- DBStudio not starting

Hi all,

Maxdb Studio is not starting after some Windows updates. I've reinstalled it but nothing changes, it simply does nothing and I don't receive any error message.

I execute the program as Administrator and MaxDB is up & running.

My Dbstudio version is maxdb-studio-win-64bit-x86_64-7_8_02_21 under windows 7 x64 and Java 1.8.0_25.

Does anybody have any idea what the problem could be?

Try starting the DB Studio from command line. Refer to the document below on how to start

In addition I would recommend downloading the DB Studio 7.9 where we now have better error handling capabilities - I think the latest available is 7.9.8.14 in the service marketplace.
