F1 help not working in Performance Assistant

Dear Gurus,

I am facing a problem while getting F1 help assistance, i have checked my system settings via menu bar Help -> Settings -> F1 Help.

F1 help works fine with Model dialog box mode but does not work with Performance Assistant mode. It works fine for my other colleagues and also for me it works fine in Production server but it does not work in Quality server.

Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue.
