System locking error in SAP APO SNP

Hi Experts,

Process chain - Back ground job getting failed.

Unable to trace out what was leading this error.

    Hello Karthik,

    Follow the below

    1) Switch on the trace in ST05 and then run the process chain. then come back to ST05 and display the trace to find the detailed information.

    2) Goto SLG1 and check the application log for the time slot in which you ran the process chain.

    3) Check in SM12, is there any deadlock entries, if so then try to delete the same and run the process chain.

    Could you please check the job log and let me know what the error you see in job log? And what is the SAP program name that you are running in background?
