Fiori Launchpad - Missing tile in Desktop view but visible in Mobile

Hi all

For some users on our system, the Payslip app in the Friori Launchpad is missing when viewed from Desktop. But when emulating Mobile phones in Chrome, the app is there and we can't work out what we've done wrong or what we're missing.

We're on 1.24.2

Can anyone help?
