Is it possible for Customer with S user login to download Patches?

Hi Kedalene Chong...

It is Highly Possible you can download Installation Kid, Upgrades and Patches using the Customer S user Id.. We are using Customer Id for download for few of our customers.

The fact is the service provider that is partner should give permissions and rights for the user to download....

Actually you can possibly download it using your s user id but it must be authorized by your partner

I managed to find a relevant SBO Forum Discussion thread that is useful.

If you read page 6, Paul from
SAP Team mentioned they do not release the software upgrade packages to customers so it is partners
responsibility to perform the upgrade and ensure minimal disruption to you.
