Regarding Gratuity Listing!!!

Dear Experts,

I have one issue related to gratuity listing report (PC00_M40_GRY). When I execute this report for some employees, it does not display the data for few months.

I have checked the system and relevant configuration which are well placed. Howver, when I run the PC_Payresult, I have noticed one thing the employees which have received any offcycle payment for a month, PC00_M40_GRY is not displaying the result for the same month.

Is there any link or so ??

Please suggest your input in order to resolve this issue at earliest.

    it is ABAP HCM issue

    Can you check the what is data in GRY in cluster table for one employee , You can check the same by raising OSS also , But please wait for some replies than you can go ahead with OSS

    Payroll results might not be picked in offcycle as there will no in period and for period dates in PC_payresults
