Hi All,

How to calculate leave compensation based on 30 days

We are using standerd P0416 function to calculate leave Quota compensation fron IT 416

Write a rule place it next to the P0416 then it will work.

How exactly the calculation should happen i.e what is business process they are paying if employee goes for leave compensation accordingly we have to write rule.

As example given by Sikindar we can write rules accordingly that varies with each other depends up on business process of an Organization check with business owners how exactly calculations should happen so that we can write it.

You have to go with rule , giving a sample rule

compensation)

AMT=    1001    (double space after =  1001 Basic pay)

AMT+     1020   (HRA)  

AMT/30

MULTI   NAA     (where amount will be multiplied with number
maintained in the WT in IT0416)

ADDWT *
