In sales Order Reason for Rejection code is not Appearing

Hi All,

In the Sales Order Reason for Rejection (OVAG) it is maintained as 03 : Rejected, But in the sale order i am unable to find the Reason code

But the Description is appearing with out code.

Can anybody help me how to get code with Description in sales order.
