BO4 - problems sending to .info addresses from bo scheduler

Hi,

scheduled reports send fine to e-mail addresses generally but ones which have .info e-mail extension are not working.

User can send to the adresses concerned via outloook fine.

Error

Anyone seen this before - is there anywhere/file need to add .info as valid e-mail extensions?
