BO4 - problems sending to .info addresses from bo scheduler

Hi,

scheduled reports send fine to e-mail addresses generally but ones which have .info e-mail extension are not working.

User can send to the adresses concerned via outloook fine.

Error 

Anyone seen this before - is there anywhere/file need to add .info as valid e-mail extensions?

This error comes from SMTP server,

BO has nothing to do with the error. BO runs the report and schedule to email destination. After that Email server handles the requests from BO serve to delver the report to receipients.
