Edit Expert Configuration

Hello,

During S4H 1610 appliance trial, I get error when launching Fiori app "Edit Expert Configuration". I also see that "Manage Solution" app never launches.

Anyone who has solution? I believe that the appliance does not have solution manager and that may be the reason. But if that's not the case, is there any other technical setup required. I am using client 100.
