Hi All,
We have a configuration from ECC-> SLT-> HANA. We have replicated few tables on HANA DB. Due to some issue configuration did't work, so i have deleted existing configuration and recreated once again. So i want to know, whether i have to replicate the tables which i have replicated already for the first time or not. Do they exist same even now also.
Regards,
Jo
hello Jyotsna,
Yes after deleting the configuration, tables will be there in HANA DB unless you unload it from memory. When you create the new configuration you have to drop those table from HANA first and then replicate again.

Hi Jyotsna,
This is not the way to clean up an erroneous configuration as it would cause inconsistencies.
Proper steps are as follows-
1. Select the source system for which you plan to delete the configuration and stop all the tables replication.
2. Please stop your master job of problematic configuration.
3. in hana studio, delete the replication user(your schema name)with option cascade . This would remove the schema & tables from hana as well. If you skip this step, it would continue to be there and later on cause problems.
4. Delete the configuration from configuration and monitoring dashboard.
Would suggest to do complete clean up and start fresh replication again to avoid any problems.

Saritha K
