How to create dynamic dash board to my webdynpro application

Hello I want to display few business graphics in my webdynpro application first page...

I have searched and found some blogs as below to display graphical bar charts

But I also want to display some vodo meters, or speedo meters , for example as the image below

is this possible in webdynpro abap or in abap? Please suggest me if there is any way..
