Hi,
during the activation of a DSO object the system will automatically create an export datasource (8*). For the creation of such datasources the system will use the RFC connection to the own system (myself connection). Therefore first check table RSLOGSYSDEST which RFC connection will be used for the myself connection. Afterwards check the RFC connection in transaction sm59 according to SAP note 538052.
If you have an authorization issue, switch on the authorization check in transaction st01 during the activation. Also make sure that the maintained user in sm59 or in case there is no user maintained the dialog user has the profile according to SAP Note 150315.
best regards,
Janette

Hi Sai,
This will be due to the RFC problem with your myself source system. Either try to do restore sourcesystem or speak to ur basis.
This should solve it...

Hi Sai,
This may be due to the fact that DSO 0FIGL_O10 may not yet be installed in ur BW system & also partly related to export data source.
So first try to install DSO 0FIGL_O10 with grouping - only necessary objects. Then when installed go to the DSo & right click on it & do Generate Export Datasource.
Next come back to the business content & collect the original objects u were collecting(grouping can be any way). And this time make sure that in the source system assignment ur BW system is selected(as below).
This should work now...

Hi,
Are you on 3.x?
While installing please use grouping option as - only necessary objects.
Above issue is Data mart data source - 8DSO name.
Once you drag dso name form middle pane to right pane, expand dso and unselect below objects.
only select dso and install it.
Thanks

Hi Sai,
While activating the BC did you selected the dependent objects in grouping? You need to select the necessary objects and also check the collection mode - it should be 'collect automatically.
Suggestion- During installation first simulate the install.
Thanks
Amit
