Moving average price is not updating in third party process

Hi all,

Scenario: SO ( with HAWA material,item category group is BANS)-PR-PO-MIGO (Statistical)-MIRO and then final Invoice(VF01).

The issue here is while processing above scenario,the moving average price is not updating in material master data.Due to this,COPA report got stock values as zero's.

My doubt is why moving average value is not updating in all third party materials?

Kindly provide your valuable suggestion on this.

moving average is only needed for a material that is stock managed.

Third-party procurement does never hit your stock accounts. it is direct from vendor to customer. No goods receipt at all. No goods receipt- no stock.  No stock - no number to calculate a moving average.

Go to your material master record and check the accounting 1 tab. To update the MAP it needs to update the total stock and total value.

If any of these one will update only then system will update the map.
