COGS at Actual Cost

Hi,

Our client's requirement is to have COGS at actual cost. Scenario is Make to Order where we run sales order cost estimate for a particular FG. Is there an way to have COGS at actual cost without material ledger activation.

Also when GR is done in production order for FG & SFG, it needs to be valuated at Actual Cost & not standard price. Is there any solution for this ?

One solution which i think is to have COGS at actual cost in CO-PA, but I am not very much sure how to handle this in CO-PA. Please advice if CO-PA is the onl solution for this.

Please advice as the issue is critical & urgent.
