Email Via Workflow - To do an user "Carbon Copy" available in SAP ?

Hello All,

We have an requirement to add user B to in "Cc" (i.e. Carbon Copy ) of the mail we are sending to group A via workflow.

Could anyone of you please confirm if this functionality is available in SAP Workflow or not ?

Dont think its possible Sameeksha in standard mail sent step. There are lots of similar post you can get on similar thing.

Please use FM :-  SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API for the same.

You will get a lot of content in the web regarding the same on the web.

It is not possible via send mail step in workflow.

If you are trying to send mail using workflow Mail send step then this is not possible. You can write mail sending code in one of the methods and in that code you can keep any mail ID in CC.

But what is your requirement ? Do you want to send same mail to multiple person or you want to send a mail with marking CC to some one ?

If its multiple person then you can keep all the mail ID in one table and use that in mail send step of workflow.

We have multiple ID's in "to" and one ID in "Cc".
