SM58 , transaction still running

Hi all,

In our system SRM, every day we find entries in SM58, even if we clean the queue.

The Function module is BBP_VENDOR_GET_UPDATE, and we find transaction still running.

How could we solve this problem?

Hi,

Ask your SD/MM/CRM functional team.

They may be scheduled some backgeound jobs which are updating on daily basis.

Mean if that was runing then whats problem at your end?

Hi,

We will have a desynchronization of supplier between ECC and MDM.

Hi,

from SM58, find the target system.

later go to SMQS and see your target system name.

against to your target system you may see the values in TYPE field.

double click on it and see the user id who's triggering.

Later thru  user id you can contact them and discuss about it,

Am guesing that as related to bw load.

Can you check at bw side. is any info pack are running.

based on time and date please the info pack which was running related SRM loads.

Hi,

Normaly, vendor in SRM are replicated in ECC. But I checked the ECC system , I didn't find job related which is still running
