MM-SUS scenario (vendor replication process)

Dear SAP,

I have searched in SAP Business Partner Maintenance in SAP Supplier Self-Services - Service Procurement - SAP Library but there are some points i am not clear. please your advise on below questions.

1) After running BD14 - replicate supplier data into SUS system, system will automatic create user account and business partner? Or this is done manually?

2) What if there are 2 suppliers sharing the same email address, will it cause any issue during vendor replication?

3) Does system allow one contact person to have relationship with two business partner in SUS system?

Hello William ,

System will automatically create the Business Partner, you need to maintain the number range for the BP . Once replicated all the vendors will be visible under SUS as well .

2) What if there are 2 suppliers sharing the same email address, will it cause any issue during vendor replication?

First of all 2 Suppliers can't have same email id  as it will give an error message while create the vendor , "Vendor already exist" as email address is also mandatory field. Even if after creating of vendor , someone has changed the email address , then you need to maintain a single email address for all the vendors  and then replicate it.

3) Does system allow one contact person to have relationship with two business partner in SUS system?

System won't allow this , for 2 supplier  , one would act as a sub-vendor and one would act as main- vendor.

Q2: In SAP standard SUS functionalility, if I replicate 2 different vendor with the same email address, system will generate an error "Vendor already exist". - please correct if my understanding is wrong

Do you have the SAP standard process diagram for vendor replication? So that i can have a better picture of it.

When You send vendor from BD14 in sus system will automatically create business partner but it wont create contact person for that vendor. This has to do by self registration either by vendor or by system administrator.

When you send vendor from bd14 in sus it creates temporary user-id and password  which you  can find in SLG1 and by taking that you need to register using below service

SAP>BC>BSP>SAP> SUS_Selfreg

Than only process get complied.

YES system will not allow .your xml will get fail in sus.
