Dear all,

is it possible to create a new display format for risk analysis on user-level?

If yes, how and where can I do this?

Thank you in advance!

Melanie

Hi Melanie,

New format means what exactly you are looking for as already there are below formats for Business and Technical views available.

1. Summary

2. Detail

3. Management Summary

4. Executive Summary

Please check here for more details

Hi Alesandro,

if I run the risk analysis on user level, I can choose to display the result list in follwoing formats.

1. Summary

2. Detail

3. Management Summary

4. Executive Summary

What I need Is format such as "Summary". But additionally the functions should be displayed.

The format "Details" display the functions. But it displays to much.

If I try to hide the the columns which I don't need (Settings), the amount of lines is not reduced.

It looks like I have multiple lines with the same result.

I don't know how I could better explain it :-(.

Hi Melanie,

I exactly understand what you mean. I have similar requirements from time to time. Personally I use the Detail format with a filter for S_TCODE. See as example:

Summary view:

Detail view:

Not sure how to define a new report from scratch, but with that filter it might be okay as a workaround.

Let's see if others know how to define a new report (I am also interested).

Best regards,

Alessandro

Hi Melanie,

Hope you have got the convincing answers from earlier posts.

In case of more detailed explanations, you can always sort the columns based on the selection criterias. Like you can click on column(s) Risk ID in order to sort the reports based on certain risk IDs, you can click on risk column to sort the reports based on the critiality levels (high/medium etc.), or you can hit Action colum and filter the action lists as well.

If you can change the report tyep from permission level to action level and vice versa.

I don't think if this format needs to be customized. Every detail is nested in here, you just need to decide what reports you need to fetch and then can select the columns to sort the results out.

Hope this answers to your concerns.

Regards,

Ameet
