BDOC CONFIGURATION failing because of different BUILD numbers

For BDOC type CONFIGURATION, which is generated from ECC transaction CU35 to generate a run-time version for a configurable material, the validation in CRM checks the BUILD numbers from table SCEKB (ECC) and COMM_CFGKB (CRM). When they do not match, the BDOC errors.

I'm trying to identify a way to override this issue. Any suggestions?

    Dear Cathy,

    Please check in note 646561 about how to check the replication of the Configuration Knowledge Base.

    As mentioned in the note, If the values of BUILD numbers do not match between source and destination system or the query returns no rows, check the outbound queue in R/3 (transaction smq1) and the inbound queue in CRM (transaction smq2). There should be no entries for queue name "CRM_DELT_SCE". If there are, open the details view and try to unlock the queue.
