Mapping wage type to a newly created benefit plan?

Why doesn't the wage type fields show when I go in to map a wage type to a newly created benefit plan?

SPRO - - Payroll --> Payroll USA --> Benefits Integration --> 'Enter wage types for plans'.

What triggers this section to modify and not display? I'm thinking something in the creation of the new plan - - although, I thought I copied all values like the existing plan.

I figured it out......

To trigger the wage type fields to be available for maintenance (in Payroll, Benefit Integration) when mapping wage types to benefit plans, there first must be $ amt(s) entered when configuring the benefit plan in the 'cost' section of 'Define Cost Rules'.

The fields that are filled in cost rule determines what wage type fields that are available at mapping.

Ex: If you enter a $ amt in EE Cost & ER credit, you will be required to enter two WTs in mapping.
