Batch split for single batch

Hello All,

Scenario is like this, we have WM implemented and Batch Search strategy at WM level, TO is picked based on batch determination of shelf life and then after putting the actual quantity, TO is confirmed and actual confirmed quantity is copied as delivery quantity & picked quantity. The issue is for some of the items , system creates a batch split ( item 90001) for even for only one batch , where as for some item it is not creating batch split, which is OK.

Could you please help me here to understand what could be wrong here ? in process or in configuration?
