How to get multiple Lines in a TO created in LT01 with mvt type 999

Hi,

We want to transfer Material from one Bin to another Bin ( Full Pallet)

Hence I am trying LT01 with Mvt type 999

My stock are lying in multiple Quants in the same Bin as below

Hence when I save TO , System creates one TO per Quant i.e. 5 TO's in above case.

Currently it creates TO as below

How I can get it done with only one TO with multiple Line Items?

Basically , I wanted to create TO in the background with a scheduled Job.

What is the exact requirement,why you are using LT01, To schedule a job u need to have some predecessor document (e.g Auto TO creation from TR) or custom program which will automatically create TO in backgroud. Please share the exact requirement

Hi Manish,

We want to have Bin to Bin Transfer.

In short I can say that client want that if on a rack there are Empty Bins at lower level then remove the stock from Top level Bins ( Full Pallet ) and place in the lower level empty Bin.

Another way to create transfer orders from bin to bin using a scheduled job is through transaction LQ01.

You change the screen variant of movement type 999 via configuration. By changing the screen variant you will be able to process more than one line. But i am not sure if it will work with LT01. In movement type configuration you can change the screen variant,there are 3 options as i remember. For 999 movement type it is one item by default setting. Maybe you can copy 999 and create another movement and change it accordingly.
