How to activate a FF_ID recently created in FIN&HR

Hi All,

We have created a new FF_ID for R3, and now, when we try to assign it to a phisical user (through GRC), we cannot find this FF_ID.

I assume we´re missing a sync step, right?

If so, could you please provide me some guidance about how to proceed.
