Carry Forward Remaining balance

Hi All,

I am trying to Carry Forward remaining CL quota to next financial year (Time Evaluate Financial year basis). I wrote 2 PCR for the same

03 is CL Quota type & ZCLB - Time type checking balance of CL in 31st march.

ZCLC - Time type taking balance from ZCLB in 1st March

Then assign Time type in Base entitlement No - 0002 (0001 is for Quota generation).

Update ZM04 (Copied from TM04) schema like that

Then I run time evaluation driver. ZES table should be update Time Type ZCLB

But it not update because Period and Day is not determine in ZCLB

I have no clue why this happen. Please help to short out the problem.

Hi Rabi,

Are you passing last financial quota value to another quota type?

Hi Rabi,

Are you running time evaluation based on financial year,

Can you confirm while you are running on April month of 2014 then is it coming as 01/2014. Cross check with below screenshot.

If it's coming as 01 then in your 1st pcr month would be 12 and date would be 31 and in next pcr month would be 01 and date would be 01.

But I want to Carry Forward Quota in the same Quota type. I trying to do this but it's not happen.

Hi Rabi,

This Quota is the monthly in accrual and what's the validatity period.

Validity period of PL quota is financial year basis.
