Cross Reporting in Simple Maintaince

Hello All,

I have created one position HR coordinator and assigned relationship - direct reporting to HR manager now i want to maintain another relationship where hr coordinator also reports to Managing Director of the company. I gor the result through expert mode but i want to try assigning directly in simple maintenance screen. Please guide on same.
