We are using service desk in Solman 7.1 and I am trying to configure Send E-mail to message processor.
When a support ticket is created and assigned to message processor email should trigger to the message processor
We have done the config in SPPFCADM
Please find below details of our config.
Action profile: ZMIN_STD
Action definition is : ZMIN_STD_MAIL_PROCESSOR
Partner Function: SLFN0004
In processing type
Form Name: AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM
Processing Class: CL_SDK_DOC_PROC_CRM_ORDER
Processing Method: CRM_SRVORDER_EXEC_SF_MMR
Archive Mode: Mail Only
And start condition is :
&CRM Service Request.User Status&
Note: SCOT is already configured.
But still email not triggering when message is assign to message processor, kindly let me know if I am missing anything.
