Never used PowerBuilder

Hey PowerBuilder Community,

I'm a web app guy, ColdFusion, PHP, ASP .NET and stuff, but I am inheiriting two PowerBuilder 10 apps into the group of applications that I support. I need a couple quick answers, and will be back here often to learn.

1) Can I use the current release of PowerBuilder tools to support my applications that are written in 10.5, or do I need to get an older release of the software?

2) Where can I get the software I need?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
