Payment according to Employee Seniority

I am currently looking for an Standard SAP Transaction that increases the employee salary according to his/her seniority (years worked in the company), but I can't find it... Does anybody knows if there is such transaction?

Good morning.

As per understanding from the system that you will give thepay increment based on the seniority level in the organization.

For this there have not such standard process so you can go with customization. Or you can check the below Tcode details and it's program. Might be give some of the idea.

PC00_MXX_BSG

PC00_MXX_BSP and it's connected with the corrosponding table configuration.

Check once.

First of all, I want to thank you for your help

I tried to execute the PC00_MXX_BSG report,then I tried typing the allowance grouping, I went to IMG but unfortunately for my Country (Mexico) there is no allowance option activated under Payroll:Mexico

A co-worker told me about transaction HCRMP0042 and I also found this thread
