Hello everyone,
is there a reason why PAM (Product Availability Matrix) told me, that BPC 10.1 is only available for Windows systems?
Is BPC 10.1 for Linux not released yet? Any hints when this will be?
Regards,
Tobias
BPC 10.1 uses Netweaver (NW) as an underlying platform so it does not get directly installed on top of an operating system like the SAP BPC 10 for the Microsoft platform. Netweaver is an infrastructure layer that sits on top of a database and OS so NW could be on top of Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL and Linux, Unix, Windows. That is why you will never find specifically SAP BPC on top of Linux, but Netweaver can be.
