Between the service call and contract, which would be appropriate to use as a job cards. Reviewed both documents and it seems that the Service contract is tied only to serialized items hence it would be difficult to report on all the items that were used for the service job.
The client's job card needs to capture the mileage, consumables eg; oils and the spare parts used to service the machines.
