Repeat delta for 0HR_PT_2

Hi,

We have a scenario where the delta extractor for 0HR_PT_2 failed on 01.11.2014. The delta has continued to run each day and there has now been 3 successful loads into the datasource.

We believe that we are missing data from 31.10.2014 ...is there any way that we can do a repeat delta even though there has been subsequent successful loads?

Hi Sally,

in your case repeat delta was not possible.

So with help of source team you need to find the records which are changed/created on 1.11.2014 and later you can reload them into bw thru repair full request with proper selections.

Once you find missed delta records please cross check with bw data, later you can reload them.

Hi Sally,

• You can go for repeat delta if last delta was not successful.
• As you said your delta load is failed on 01.11.2014 so you can do repeat delta by scheduling infopackage again but before that need check QM status should be red.
• Coming to 31.10.2014 delta load, check for this day delta load is successful or not.
• If not successful you could have done repeat delta for latest request delta load (01.11.2014), so it will pull data for 31 and 1 as well.
• If successful then you cannot able to do repeat delta for 31.10.2014,so you can get missed data by using repair full request with proper data selection.
