Schedule the Crystal Report in Back end

Hi,

I am using the Crystal Report Version 2013 Support Pack 4. Version is 14.1.4.1327.

I had developed crystal report which Consumed the RFC from Back end and get the Data and published it in BO CMC ,

then we used it in Enterprise Portal. So when Very First We load the reports it takes so much time to run on portal, after the next time when we try to load the report it took very very less time, So can i schedule the Program in the mid night so when client load the Report first time it will load in very Less time.

Is there any Option Available in CMC so can Schedule the Report in the Mid Night Every Day???

I have even checked one Option for Schedule but don't know How to Use it.

Hi Milan,

As i know Yes, you can schedule the Crystal reports you have saved. But you need to have the BOE Enterprise installed where you can publish or schedule the crystal reports. Once you save to the enterprise, access the web portal ie CMC home page and then you can schedule the reports at anytime you want.

There is one  more feature by name 'Publishing', through which you can publish repors to other users via mail.
