How to define SoD Master Data for WebDynpro Application or Enterprise Portal?

Hello GRC Experts

Our GRC AC 10.1 project needs to manage SRM and SRM portal. It means that our ARA must analysis the access risks for WebDynpro Application and Portal. My question is that how can we define SoD Master Data for WebDynpro or Enterprise?

For WebDynpro, as I know, there are just some AO defined but without TCode, how can we define SoD Master Data - Action?

For Portal, if we define portal iView as Action?

Thank you

James

Hi James,

We had a similar requirement for one of our Webdynpro system and currently GRC 10.0 doesn't support defining of SOD risks with Webdynpro Applications similar to Tcodes.

But I think something was delivered as part of AC 10.1 but it was to show the Webdynpro details in the risk analysis and not for defining SOD risks on Webdynpro applications. Please check below link

Include Web-Dynpro application assignments of users into GRC Risk Analysis : View Idea

Hi Madhu

Thanks for you reply.

OK, the prefix" ^!" with other characheters can be used to define dummy actions, and define permissions based on the dummy actions

Could you please also share me something about how to define Portal Action? Thanks a lot

Best regards

James

Hi James,

For understanding how to define Portal functions and risks follow below guide

Hi  Madhu

Unfortunately, the following link is disabled

SAP GRC How-to Guide: Performing Risk Analysis with Enterprise Portal Roles

According to the description of note 1286030, I just know that "use the PCD Location ID of that role as an action ID"

Thank you

James

Hello Babu,

Please let me know if you were able to perform SRM ruleset changes for SAP SRM with enterprise portal as frontend.
