FM to simulate billing request through DP90

Dear colleges

i would like to get BAPI or a Function module that simulate T-Code DP90 that responsible for Create billing request ,

also i need another BAPI of FM that simulate T-code VF01 that responsible for create invoice .

so please send me any way to simulate both of this t-codes because i need to call from a mobile application .

please help me .
