Does this Formating Document Locale apply when exporting webi report to Excel?

I´m exporting a webi report to Excel, by scheduling it on launch pad and sending the resulting excel to a directory. I´m facing some problems with the number format, because of the server region format, webi format and launch pad format... If i check the Document Locale option, will the excel avoid the format of the server, webi and browser?

If you want some specific format then right click on the column->Format Number->Custom and define the required format (e.g "#.##") and see.

Hi Amit, thanks for replying. I did not explain well my point, i apologize. The question is about the "Permanent regional formatting" option in the Document properties for Webi reports. I know that i option is checked, the regional format of the report is locked and it does not matter which user run the report, the format is always the same. But, my question is: Does this option apply when exporting the report by scheduling it? We schedule the report on launchpad for sending and excel to a specific path in a diferent server.
