Integration Component is Blank in Internet Explorer

Dear Experts,

We have installed SAP B1 Integration Frame on a client server. Its SAP B1 version 9 PL11. Its Windows Server 2008R2 64 bit and the Internet Explorer 9. The installation went well and also running on the EventSender Setup on Step 3 the "Test Connection" is successful. The whole EventSender setup is successful.

Now on running the Integration Framework in all programs, Internet Explorer starts but it brings either the Home Page. I have installed and uninstalled. i have also the B1i How to. Need help.
