SAP BPC 10 nw: Alert Mail as well as Data validation -message

Hello Experts

We have a client requirement in SAP BPC 10 NW.

When Actual values are exceeding Plan values, the system should trigger a message in BPC report and should also send a mail to reviewer intimating the same.

Has anyone of you worked on such kind of requirement before?

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
