how to setup for first stage dealer statutory record

hi Experts,

i Have installed a Addon for statutory report but our company is registered in first stage dealer so i don't know what are the statutory record to be maintain. i think for first stage dealer is RG23D but I am Not Sure. And If It is RG23D then is Available any Addon for that type of record orb report..???? Regards
