Filter By Pattern in DTP BI 7.3

Hi Experts,

My requirement is to load only materials starting with number 3. Is there any way i can give pattern in DTP filter to achieve this?

Hi,

Not sure, just ahev below suggestion at dev system.

Use filter on material number and enter value as 3*.save and actiavte dtp.

trigger your dtp and see the loaded latest reqeust data target side.

if it works, same you can try at prod.

Another way:

Check about filter routine option.

Then just give the ranges which can fall your material numbers in it if its full load.

like 3000 to 3999.

copy paste the PSA material same format give the DTP filter.

some time you will get the incorrect format while entering the manually.

Hello,

If the material no is not in a series then write a routine at the DTP level to pick up the material code starting from 3 by lookup into the material master table
