Why am I facing this error while executing the "PC00_M40_CALC" Report ?

Please consult with a BASIS resource since the error relates to the "Client Definition".

Note that if the Client is defined as "Production", there will be a mandatory check on the Control Record for the Personnel Accounting Area, but if the Client is defined as something else (such as Development, Test, Training, etc...) you could comment out Function CHECK with Par2 = ABR in your xIN0 sub-schema.
